This beach is just 6 miles north of Boston and America's first public beach which was established 118 years ago (1896). I have to admit that Revere Beach is not exactly the Caribbean and hasn't always had the best reputation but it is still a great place to get some sea breeze and take long walks. It is clean and perfect for a few relaxing hours on a sunny day in April. And the best thing is: You can use the public transportation to get there (MBTA's rapid transit Blue Line, Wonderland station).
